Mmm Mmmm It's Monday!

Today's recipe is REALLY easy but super delicious! I made this for a Gratis Church gathering yesterday and it seemed to be a hit! I hope you enjoy!

Easy Peach Cobbler

    


There are only three simple ingredients...

Yellow Cake mix
2 Cans of Peach Pie Filling
Butter to pat on the top

Pour 1 of the cans into a 13 X 9 inch glass dish.  Drain the other can and pour the peaches in the dish.  Mix most of the cake mix with the peach filling (reserving some to sprinkle on top for a crust).  Once both are incorporated, sprinkle the remaining cake mix on top.  Put slices of butter on top of cobbler.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until the top is golden.
