Whenever I think of Peanut Butter Cake I automatically think of my father. Growing up my dad would make a delicious Peanut Butter Sheet Cake and our mouths would water as we watched him pull the cake out of the over and pour hot peanut butter icing over the top. The cake was always a huge hit. I have taken his cake and added to it, making it a layer cake. The layers are flavored with peanut butter and the icing is good enough to eat by itself, drizzle the cake with chocolate and you have a beautiful delicious cake for any occasion.
