Mmm Mmmm It's Monday!

Today's recipe is SOOOOO good! This recipe is brought to you by the BEST MOTHER IN THE WHOLE WORLD! She says that she can't bake but this recipe is definitely one you will want to add to your favorites! 

Upside Down German Chocolate Cake

1 cup chopped nuts

1 cup coconut

1 box of German Chocolate Cake mix

1 stick of Butter

1 box of Powdered Sugar

1 8oz. block of Cream Cheese

Use a 13x9 inch baking pan.  

Grease and flour the pan.  Spread 1 cup chopped nuts and 1 cup coconut over the bottom of the pan.  Take a German Chocolate Cake Mix and mix according to the directions.  Pour this over the nuts and coconut.  Melt a Stick of Butter.  Cream Butter and 1 box of Powdered Sugar and 1 8oz. block of Cream Cheese.  Spoon the mixture over the cake and swirl with a knife or toothpick.  

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.  DO NOT cut until cold.
